NOT how I wanted to spend the weekend

So I'm finally bleeding, and OMG IT HURTS SOOOO BAD. It's pretty much the worst pain, EVER. The past 24 hours I've been curled up with a heating pad, 100% miserable. I couldnt really sleep at all, and I'm hoping tylenol PM will help tonight. Phil has been wonderful, he's done all he can to help, but nothing really helps. I just need to wait it out / survive. I hope the pain gets more manageable soon. :( I should be 8 weeks today, but instead I'm just hurting hurting hurting. It's pretty unfair. I get that everything can't come easy, but after 19 months it doesn't seem fair that I have to deal with this too. And we're starting over from square 1, again.
