Updates:
My OB on Wednesday said I was 1.5cm and 100% effaced! She said she thinks we're having the babies NEXT WEEK! OMG!
NST yesterday showed many contractions, but they were irregular. And they still aren't painful.
Basically this can happen any time! So crazy! 34 weeks is ok. NICU time will still probably happen, but everything will most likely be ok. 35 weeks would be better, but they don't think I'll make it that far (and neither do I really, it's just a feeling I have).
Mom's here til tomorrow night. I hope to get caught up on all the last minute stuff over the next few days and hope the babies hold off at LEAST for a few days!
I can't believe this is happening already. All of a sudden it's time?!

02.2009 - started having long, wacky cycles
03.2.2009 - last time my period came on its own
05.2009 - discussed concerns with OBGYN, she didn't think it was a big deal
08.19.2009 - first appointment with RE --> lots of testing for both off us in August and September
09.17.2009 - Anovulation diagnosis, but not PCOS, trying Clomid - Doctor confident it will work
10.2009 - Round 1 of Clomid (50mg) days 5-9 --> No ovulation
11.2009 - Round 2 of clomid (100mg) days 5-9 --> No ovulation
11.22.2009 - started acupuncture for fertility (weekly), really like it so far
12.2009 - Last try with clomid (100mg), days 2-11 --> OVULATED! but late (Strongly feel that acupuncture helped!)
1.2010 - break cycle, continuing acupuncture and adding in some herbs (OVULATED SUPER LATE ON MY OWN!!)
02.02.2010 - HSG to rule out any other issues --> ALL CLEAR!
02.25.10 - Bloodwork before starting provera...HCG 16.5! We'll see what happens...
03.1.10 - HCG 43.1...cautiously optimistic!
03.3.10 - HCG 92.2!!!!
3.9.10 - HCG 507
3.15.10 - HCG 1,034...really slow doubling time.
:( Progesterone went down too.
3.16.10 - ultrasound showed sac with possibly "fetal elements", no heartbeat yet. Just need to wait it out...
3.23.10 - Empty sac, Miscarraige confirmed at around 7 weeks, waiting for it to happen naturally
3.26.10 - Natural m/c
5.20.10 - Start injectables Cycle (Gonal-F + Ovidrel Trigger + TI) - negative 6.18.10 :(
6.29.10 - Start injectables cycle take 2
7.9.10 - IUI #1
7.21.10- Positive HPTs at 12dpiui!!!! :)
7.27.10 - Beta 1165 @ 18dpiui!
7.29.10- Beta #2 - 2642! :)
8.10.10 - FIRST U/S at 6w4d showed TWINS with heartbeats!
8.19.10 - U/S #2 at 7w6d...both hearts still beating!
--> Things continue to look good....after 2 years of TTC this may actually be happening! 2 babies due in March 2011!
